Our commitment

Quick Pigeon Limited is committed to making viralvenue.media accessible to as many people as possible, including disabled users. We aim to provide an experience that works with assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and screen magnification.

Target standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA.

How accessible this site is

We believe most of the site meets WCAG 2.2 AA. We are aware of the following known limitations, which we are working to fix:

• The venue display is, by its nature, a visual and non-interactive screen shown in the venue. The same photos and content are available to guests on their own device through the QR link, where they can be used with a screen reader or magnification.
• Payment is taken through Stripe Checkout and Instagram publishing is handled by Instagram. These are third-party services whose accessibility we do not control.
• Screen-reader testing (VoiceOver on Safari) is scheduled but has not yet been completed, so some screen-reader issues may not yet be identified.

Getting information in an alternative format

If you need information from this site in a different format (e.g. accessible PDF, large print, easy read, audio, or braille), contact us at hello@viralvenue.media and we will consider your request and respond within 5 working days.

Reporting accessibility problems

We want to hear about accessibility barriers. If you find a problem not listed above, or think we are not meeting accessibility requirements, email hello@viralvenue.media describing the issue and the page it is on. We will get back to you within 5 working days.

If you are not happy with our response

The Equality Act 2010 requires us to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people. If you are in Great Britain and unhappy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).

Note: if you are in Northern Ireland, contact the Equality Commission for NI instead of the EASS.

How we test

We test the site using automated checks (axe) together with keyboard-only navigation of every page and flow and review accessibility on each major release.
