Terms of service

Last updated: 9 September 2026

1. Who we are

viralvenue.media is operated by Quick Pigeon Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17300164), registered office 1 Hosta Close, Liverpool, England, L33 1SR. Contact: hello@viralvenue.media.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3. Permitted use and acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • break the law, infringe others' rights, or breach these terms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service;
  • upload malware or unlawful, abusive, or infringing content;
  • allow guests under 18 to submit photos (the service is adults-only — 18+ — and you are responsible for communicating this at your venue);
  • upload, approve or publish images of people who have not consented to appear, images of anyone under 18, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another person's rights (including copyright and privacy);
  • attempt to bypass moderation, the 18+ age gate, or any rate limit we apply.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@viralvenue.media if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

5. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

  • Free trial: your trial period is 30 days. A payment card is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. When it ends, your subscription starts automatically at the monthly price of the plan you chose, unless you cancel before then. We will email you a reminder before the trial converts to a paid subscription.
  • Auto-renewal: subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period. We will email a renewal reminder at least 7 days before the charge.
  • Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from your account portal — one click, no disproportionate hurdles, no fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Price changes:we will give at least 30 days' notice of price increases, with the right to cancel before the new price applies.
  • Business customers: the service is supplied to venues and other businesses for use in the course of their trade. The consumer cooling-off right in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore does not apply; the cancellation and refund terms in this section apply instead. If you are contracting as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected — contact us at hello@viralvenue.media.
  • Refunds: subscriptions are monthly. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for, and we do not refund part months. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

6. Intellectual property

The service and all content we provide (software, design, text, logos, trade marks) is owned by or licensed to Quick Pigeon Limited and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it as permitted by these terms. You retain all rights in your venue's logo and branding; you grant us a licence to use them only to provide the service (for example on your display and capture page). Guests retain copyright in the photos they submit and grant both you and us a licence to store, moderate and display them and, where the guest has consented, to publish them to your Instagram account. We may remove any content from the service at any time.

7. Guest-submitted content

When venue guests submit photos through your capture page, they confirm consent to display. You, as the venue operator, are responsible for ensuring the capture flow is presented as intended and that the 18+ restriction is communicated to guests. You retain ownership of your account content and grant us a licence to host, store and display it as needed to operate the service. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are not affected. Our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We will notify you of material changes by email to your account address and by a notice in the venue portal before they take effect.
